Council agendas and minutes are published on the Parish Council's notice boards. The notice boards are located outside the Post Office and in the bus shelter on Dog Kennel Road.
Unless stated otherwise, all Parish Council meetings take place at the Room of Requirement, Hemswell Cliff Primary School, Capper Avenue, DN21 5XS. Access to the room is through the main entrance. There is parking at the school and outside.
Please note that the municipal year runs from May to May and is not the same as the Council's financial year which, in any given year, starts on 1 April and ends on March 31.
We endeavour to get up all agendas a week in advance and at a minimum three working days before a meeting. We will also publish them on this website at around the same time.
